This smoothie is so refreshing and is kid-friendly because the sweetness of the pineapple is irresistible to the little ones.
Pineapple Crush Smoothie [Vegan]
- 2 3/4 cups brazil nut milk
- 3 1/2 cups pineapple
- 3/4 cup avocado
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 2 tablespoons mulberries
- 1 tablespoon mint
- Place all ingredients in vitamix, blend until a smooth consistency.
- Sprinkle with mulberries.
If you love mint like I do, I actually put 2-3 tablespoons of fresh mint, optional though.
