How to Prepare Oranged Glazed Tofu [Vegan]
- Press tofu to remove excess water by using a tofu press for 10-15 minutes. Cut tofu into cubes, slices or triangles.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté tofu on both sides until slightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika, if using.
- Meanwhile, combine the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and marmalade in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Once the tofu is slightly browned, pour the glaze into the pan and let it sizzle alongside the tofu.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve with your choice of rice.
