Oat and Tahini Bars [Vegan]
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 1/2 cups oats, ground
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Soak the dates in a little hot water for 10 minutes until soft. Discard water.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grind the oats in food processor, add tahini, coconut flakes, oil and dates, one by one until combined.
- Press into a form and bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden. Slice once cooled.
