You can have your ice cream for breakfast and eat it too with this cold, mint-chocolatey raw smoothie!
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Shake [Vegan, Raw]
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 bunches fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 2 dropper-fulls cocoa extract
- 2 dropper-fulls vanilla Stevia
- 1 cup almond milk
- Cacao nibs as garnish
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. To serve, top with cacao nibs.
You could also add some baby spinach to make it a more green in color and give it a boost in minerals!
