  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How to Prepare Maple Cinnamon Cayenne Cashews [Vegan]

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a small, sided baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, coat cashews with maple syrup.
  4. Add cinnamon, cayenne, and sea salt, toss to coat.
  5. Spread cashews greased baking sheet.
  6. Place pan in the oven, roast for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
