Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamias
  • 6 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into blender jug.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
