One of the more challenging things about going dairy-free is finding good replacements for old favorites. But with this recipe for raw macadamia mayonnaise, you don’t have to go without any more. It’s creamy, it’s delicious and it’s also super simple to make!
Macadamia Mayonnaise [Vegan]
- 1 cup macadamias
- 6 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup ice
Put all ingredients into blender jug.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
