    Ingredients You Need for Individual Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake [Vegan]

    For the Base:

    • 5 ounces sunflower seed
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 1.75 ounces agave syrup
    • 1/8 kg salt

    For the Strawberry Cream:

    • 5.6 ounces silken tofu
    • 4 ounces strawberries
    • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
    • 1.4 ounces cocoa butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    For the Chocolate Cream:

    • 5.6 ounces silken tofu
    • 4 ounces strawberries
    • 4.4 ounces chocolate
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    How to Prepare Individual Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake [Vegan]

    For the Base:

    1. Blend the sunflower seeds in the blender until it becomes powder.
    2. Add the cocoa and salt. Blend again.
    3. Add the syrup and blend again.
    4. Pour the mixture into glasses and press with your fingers to pat and create the base.
    5. Put them in the fridge and cover them.

    For the Strawberry Cream:

    1. Mash the strawberries.
    2. Add the silken tofu, the agave, the extract and beat again.
    3. Finally, melt the cocoa butter in a bowl and beat it with the rest of the ingredients.
    4. Distribute the cream in the glasses and put it back in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

    For the Chocolate Cream:

    1. After 2 hours, beat the strawberries in the blender, then the silken tofu with the vanilla extract.
    2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add into the mix and then mix thoroughly.
    3. Distribute and layer the cream in the glasses and put them covered in the fridge to set.
    4. The next day, garnish with strawberries, chocolate chips, etc and serve!
