Banana Nog [Vegan]

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • a pinch of cinammon
  • 2 packets sweetner
  • 200 mls milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender except for chia seeds and blend untill all smooth. Transfer into a glass and mix in the chia seeds, then leave for 15-20 minutes for the chia to slightly soak and “grow." Enjoy!
