Guacamole is a typical sauce of Mexican cuisine prepared with avocado and chile and served as a sauce or accompaniment to various traditional dishes. The original recipe of guacamole has avocado, lemon juice, tomato and chili and in its later version also cilantro, garlic and onion. However, there are many variants of the recipe, for example, this one. It is a recipe with an exotic and tropical touch that, in addition to the main ingredients, also has mango, a fruit that combines perfectly with the other ingredients, providing bittersweet nuances to the dish.
