  • 8 peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup gluten-free, all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup + 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Slice apples and add to a deep baking dish.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Melt oil and add the rest of the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Top the sliced apples with this crumble mixture and bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes or until the crumble becomes golden and apples are tender.
