How to Prepare Fresh Fruit Lemonade Pops [Vegan]

To Make Basic Lemonade Base:
  1. Boil water on stove – add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool a bit before adding the fresh lemon juice – stir and taste test until you are satisfied.
To Make Lemonade and Berries Pops:
  1. This one is simple. Slice berries. Add to popsicle mold. Add lemonade. Freeze and be done with it.
To Make Watermelon Lemonade and Berry Pops:
  1. This one is an extra step – aka, juicing watermelon. You can use a juicer or simply blend in your Magic Bullet or similar. Add your fresh, sliced fruit, and fill it up halfway with lemonade and halfway with watermelon juice. Yummmmm.
To Make Mango Lemonade and Strawberry Pops:
  1. Another extra step, but super simple. Blend 1 mango with about 1/4 cup fresh lemonade. Again, add your strawberries then fill popsicle mold to the brim. This one is sooo good – it has great texture.

Notes

You may want to start with less sugar if you are not crazy about sweetness – do what is right for you!
