Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat; sprouted and dried
  • 1/4 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup coconut nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Soak buckwheat for 2 hours, rinse and drain, sprout (optional), and dry.
  2. Hand mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 30 minutes.

Notes

Keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week. Sunflower butter can be replaced with almond butter, peanut butter, or any other seed or nut butter you prefer. If you prefer more sweetness, add up to 1/4 cup coconut nectar. Coconut nectar can be replaced with agave nectar, brown rice syrup, or date paste.
