This peanut butter is incredible served on bread, alongside fresh fruit, or, of course, with a nice big spoon
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter [Vegan]
- 3 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or regular cane sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Place peanuts in food processor and process until smooth and drippy (this will take several minutes, and you may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl several times). Add in cacao, sugar, vanilla and salt, and process until well combined. Enjoy!
