How to Prepare Cookie Dough Popsicles [Vegan]
- Place both milks, sugar and salt in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool for a bit, then stir in vanilla.
- Place a layer of chocolate chips into the bottoms of your popsicle molds. Pour the milk mixture halfway up and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Sprinkle another layer of chips and pour the remaining milk mixture in. Add your popsicle sticks at this point. Freeze for another 1-2 hours and sprinkle a final layer of chips on top. Freeze till solid.
- To release the pops, hold molds briefly under hot water.
