Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raw hulled hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Using a cheese cloth, towel or reusable grain bag, pour the milk in and strain all of the pulp.
  3. Refrigerate and serve.

Notes

Don't throw out the pulp! Add it to your homemade nut butters, muffins or other baked goods.
