Ingredients You Need for Chickpea Kale Salad Bathed in Sesame Orange Dressing [Vegan]

Chickpea Kale Salad (Use as much or as little of these as you would like):
  • Cooked garbanzo beans
  • Chopped kale
  • Sliced radish
  • Grated carrot
  • Thinly sliced red onion
Sesame Orange Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

How to Prepare Chickpea Kale Salad Bathed in Sesame Orange Dressing [Vegan]

For the Dressing:
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth (you will have enough dressing for several big salads).
Assemble the Salad:
  1. Add the garbanzo beans, kale, radish, carrot and red onion to a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with as much or as little dressing as you desire and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
