Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 – 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated and peeled

Preparation

  1. Place everything in a big mason jar and shake well.
  2. Let sit for at least 2 hours for the chia seeds to gel.

Notes

NOTE: Sometimes ginger can be difficult to grate. I like to freeze my ginger and grate it with a citrus zester.
