How to Prepare Broccoli Detox Soup [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Add the coconut milk and the broccoli (broken into florets) to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, until the broccoli softens. Remove from heat.
- After letting it cool a bit, transfer to a blender and process until smooth. Transfer back to the saucepan. Reheat and season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Serve with optional toppings.

This looks really good…..easy to make. If a recipe gets too complicated I tend to ignore it or waorse, bail on it half way thru.
