  • 1 large avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to taste
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (optional, or use 1 teaspoon dried basil)
  • 3 cloves garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons water / plant-based milk
