Avocado Pesto Pasta [Vegan]
- 1 large avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to taste
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (optional, or use 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- 3 cloves garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons water / plant-based milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Toss with about 2 servings of cooked pasta & enjoy!
