How to Prepare Apple Cranberry Crumble [Vegan]
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add filling dates, water and lemon juice to food processor and process until smooth. Stir together apple slices, cranberries and date mixture and pour in a 10-inch pie pan.
- Add crumble dates and water to food processor and process until smooth. Stir together oats, cinnamon, salt and date mixture until crumbly.
- Sprinkle oat mixture oven apple mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If making ahead of time, dish can be stored in the refrigerator and then warmed in the oven prior to serving.
