The UK’s Wicked Kitchen has launched its brand new vegan lamb roast with pomegranate glaze. This appears to be the first vegan lamb roast to ever go on the market, so it’s making big waves in the vegan and vegetarian community.
Chef Derek Sarno described the vegan meat as, “Chef crafted with king oyster mushrooms, and a pea and wheat protein blend. Shredding ready and perfect for mid-week or Sunday Roasts, Middle Eastern-inspired wraps. Or some fancy pants tacos!”
Because the company receiving a shockingly high amount of funding over the summer, Wicked Kitchen didn’t hesitate to make its debut in the US. It rolled out products into 2,500 outlets, creating the biggest vegan product launch that we have ever seen.

Thus, this vegan lamb roast is just what the vegan meat market needed to encourage meat lovers to try more meat-free options. The more diverse options of vegan meats, the better, as it can help to coax meat-eaters to try a kinder option.
