This year Wakefield Research showed that 56% of Americans planned on providing a plant-based option at their Thanksgiving table, prompting Whole Foods to step up its plant-based game.
Chloe Coscarelli and Whole Foods teamed up to create a plant-based meal for two with all of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes. This includes a mushroom roast, creamy green beans, mushroom gravy, sweet potato casserole, jalapeno cornbread dressing, and pumpkin curry soup.
It has all of those traditional tastes and textures with a few improvements to make this vegan Thanksgiving spread even more special.

The entire meal comes to $39.99, which is lower than what most turkeys cost, making this Thanksgiving feast much less expensive, too. Online orders open on November 23rd, with in-store pickups available afterward.
This is an amazing opportunity for those who are vegan to treat themselves to a pre-made vegan spread for this upcoming holiday. It’s also a great way for a meat-eater to dip their toes into the world of plant-based foods.
