Kourtney Kardashian has started to show off her favorite vegan meals and snacks to eager fans!
She recently shared Kourt’s Gluten-Free and Vegan Cinnamon Toast Recipe, her favorite Homemade Minestrone Soup recipe, a Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum’s Zoodle Lunch, and tips for making a fast vegan quesadilla for dinner.
In addition to these delicious vegan meals, Kourtney also gave her fans some snack suggestions, her favorites being pickles and tangerines. Her other recommended snacks included sourdough bread with vegan butter and pickles, Mindright bars, and Vegan Rob’s Probiotic Spicy Dragon Puffs.
Kourtney not only enjoys making plant-based food at home. She was also recently seen eating vegan sushi made with rice and avocado. She said, “I haven’t eaten meat or fish in 7 months, and I feel amazing.”
Some believe that the star’s change in diet could be due to pregnancy, but nothing has been confirmed. No matter why she is eating this way, it is great that she is promoting plant-based eating to her millions of fans.
Reducing your meat intake and eating more plant-based foods is known to help with chronic inflammation, heart health, mental wellbeing, fitness goals, nutritional needs, allergies, gut health, and more! Unfortunately, dairy consumption also has been linked to many health problems, including acne, hormonal imbalance, cancer, prostate cancer, and has many side effects.
For those interested in eating more plant-based, we highly recommend purchasing one of our many plant-based cookbooks or downloading the Food Monster App which has thousands of delicious recipes making it the largest vegan recipe resource to help reduce your environmental footprint, save animals and get healthy!
