The amount of celebrities revealing their plant-based secrets and vegan diets has helped to encourage thousands to attempt this lifestyle change for themselves. As more and more people in the limelight go vegan, the more fantastic stories we have to share.

VegWeek is a U.S. nationwide campaign, run by Compassion over Killing. The campaign is a week-long pledge to go meat-free, just to start out with, in hopes of showing participants how good they’ll feel afterward. Celebrities like Mya and Alicia Silverstone fully endorse this campaign, urging more than 16,000 people to sign up and take the pledge.
