This upcoming month in Edinburgh, Scotland, they will be holding an enormous Scottish Vegan Festival on Saturday, October 20th at the Corn Exchange. This event will help celebrate the growing vegan community that is expanding in Edinburgh and across Scotland as a whole!
Not only will the festival celebrate veganism, but it will also be designed to provide information to those interested in the lifestyle and diet. It will also help Support the platforms, companies, and vendors that already produce cruelty-free and vegan products by selling their products.
The Scottish Vegan Festival will feature a number of stalls that will sell everything from vegan food fare, to cruelty-free cosmetics, to ethically sourced, sustainable fashion. A portion of the funds brought in from the event will be donated to the Farplace Animal Rescue, a charity working to construct no-kill centers, produce animal sanctuaries, and promote veganism.
Tickets for the event can be purchased now at a very reasonable price! There will also be an additional festival this April, 2019 in Edinburgh if you cannot make it to this one! For more information, visit this website.

I think this Scottish vegan festival is a wonderful idea and what better way to help highlight climate change as livestock farming is one of the biggest drivers. We all now need to start thnking and eating in an alternative way so as to ease the burden on our planet and also to help end unnecessary suffering to innocent animals. Can we have one of these festivals down here in Sutton Surrey I\’m sure it would be a tasty turnout. Thankyou Eve
