The only downside I would give for this coffee was the bag. Initially, I held the beans in the bag and rolled it closed with a spring clip on top. After I ground roughly a little more than half the bag, I did notice a flavor change in the coffee and the beginning of higher acidity in the flavor profile. With a bag this size, this is not uncommon, in the future I will keep the unground beans in an airtight container before use.”
