    Ingredients You Need for Caramelized Broccoli [Vegan]

    • 1 bunch broccoli, stems peeled and each head cut into quarters, lengthwise
    • 3 cloves of garlic, smashed
    • 2 tablespoons sweet plum vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

    How to Prepare Caramelized Broccoli [Vegan]

    1. Add 1 tablespoon oil to a wide pan and heat to medium-high.
    2. Add broccoli in one layer and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until slightly browned. Halfway through, add the garlic to pan and brown.
    3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    4. Add mixture to pan, reduce heat and toss broccoli until glazed for 2-3 minutes.
