Parrots, like this little guy, are actually some of the most intelligent animals around. This bird can do every trick your dog can do and more. He can play dead, roll over, and shake. He even plays basketball and golf! Even I can’t really play those sports!
Even better, this bird was a rescue. Never heard of an adopted bird? It’s not just dogs and cats that sometimes need help finding good homes. Animal shelters can have all kinds of animals, rats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, etc.
If you are looking to add a pet to your life, always check out your local animal shelters and rescues. You can have a great and rewarding relationship with a new feathered friend. And who knows, maybe that friend can teach you a few new moves on the court!
