SNARR Animal Rescue Northeast is sharing the story of two beautiful puppies named Lennon and Ono. Take a look at what happened to them and see if you don’t fall immediately in love!
The rescue responded to a post about two starving puppies who found their way into a store and were so hungry that they were scavenging for food. When the team went to investigate, they found these two beautiful pups hungry, thirsty, and scared. It also looks like poor Lennon was hit by a car!

6.5 million cats and dogs enter our shelters in America alone each year. These animals have to fend for themselves on the streets, desperately scavenging for food and water, trying to find shelter, and in the case of poor Lennon, risk awful injuries that will only get worse without someone to take care of them. We have to become a nation of pet adopters instead of buyers in order to save more lives like Lennon and Ono’s. They deserve so much more than a terrifying life alone on our streets.
SNARR Animal Rescue fights hard to save the lives of dogs by keeping them out of high-kill shelters, knowing that these beautiful animals deserve a second chance in life. If you are able to Donate to the medical treatment costs of Lennon and Ono or would like to know more about the vital work the Rescue does, please visit them on their Facebook page.
