As animal lovers, we look at our pets no differently than a friend or child, so we care very much about them and their well-being. If an animal friend goes missing, it can be a sad time for us, wondering if they will find their way back home again or if a kind neighbor will spot them in their yard and promptly return them. We post missing signs, knock on doors to inquire if they have seen anything. After all the worry and anxiety, that moment when your friend does return is so happy, tears can be involved!
In this video, watch kids cry tears of joy after their mom finds their missing cat. She makes them sit on the couch with their faces hidden by pillows. “Don’t peek!” she says, building up the anticipation until … we see the kids’ faces instantly change to relief and happiness as they walk over to the cat. Turns out, their best friend was wondering by nearby gas station, probably searching for his way home.
It’s clear this feline means a lot to these kids, because they get so emotional and happy at the sight of seeing their friend again! It is heartwarming.
