Four Paws International, a rescue organization based in Vienna, Austria, recently carried out the impressive rescue of two bears. Henk and Eso, the lucky pair, were first found by the Four Paws team in mid-April 2017. They were kept in a cage by a hotel near the Northern Albanian city of Puka. Both bears were visibly malnourished and it was decided immediately that they needed help.
The bears, who turned out to be three years old, could not be taken out of their cage right away so the rescue settled on providing them with a regular food supply. The bears grew stronger and were slowly starting to look better – but now the time has come for a complete change for that lucky pair.
The future is bright for Henk and Eso – thanks to the determination of their team of rescuers, they will at last taste a better life with all the comforts of a proper bear sanctuary. We hope that the bars of their old cages will soon fade from their memory completely and never come back again.

GREAT AT FOUR PAWS TO FREE HENK AND ESO THE BEARS TO A BETTER LIFE.
I love happy endings, especially for bears. Somehow, bears really get to me, and I need to see every bear in the world having a good life.
