If you had nothing, would you be willing to give up your only scrap of food to help an animal in need? It may seem like an extraordinary thing to ask, but it is a question that arises every day for Kamala Lochan Bahliarsingh. And every day, he answers this question, “yes.”
Living on the streets near the Bhubaneswar railway station in India, Bahlairsingh spends his days collecting plastic bottles from the rail platforms and looking for food to feed the seven stray dogs he cares for. This incredibly compassionate individual has no income and has been living on the streets since he left his family and job nearly 30 years ago. However, despite this fact, he still takes time to make sure that the dogs in his care are well-fed and looked after.
This short documentary, named “Man of God,” illustrates a day in the life of this kind individual. His story is truly inspiring and embodies a compassion for animals that is often missing from our society.

Couldn\’t he hep more animals if he had a job? He could start a little dog rescue center with that money. :)
He might well be unskilled and illiterate. He\’s been at this for 30 years, he probably knows nothing else.
Is it someway you can donate to help this guy?
