My milk jug greenhouses are perfect since I don’t have space inside to start spring and summer garden seeds! This method is called #WinterSowing or #JugSowing !

An innovative way to start growing garden seeds is by using a water jug greenhouse!

This method involves cutting off the top of a clean, empty water jug, filling it with soil, and planting your seeds. The clear plastic jug allows light to enter and create a warm, moist environment ideal for seed germination. Once the seedlings have grown a few inches tall, they can be transplanted into larger pots or directly into the garden.

This method is not only eco-friendly, but it is cost-effective, easy to implement, and you are reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. This is also a great hack if you’ve always wanted to garden at home but have limited outdoor space.
