Frenchie Meets Her Idol, Henry Cavill, in Adorable Video

French Bulldog Rory recently went viral for her obsession with Henry Cavill. The Frenchie pup has loved Cavill since watching him in The Witcher on Netflix, where he plays Geralt of Rivera. Rory’s human, Heather Land, noticed that the Frenchie would sit in front of the TV and watch Cavill. Land said that Rory had never previously watched TV like that. Interested to see if it was the show or the actor Rory liked, Land showed her several other movies that Cavill had starred in. Rory recognized her favorite actor in most of the movies and was equally enthralled. From there, Land made Rory her own Geralt of Rivia costume. Rory has done several costume contests as “Grrralt of Ruffia.”

As Rory gained fame on social media for her Cavill obsession, Land joked that Netflix should invite her to the premier of the third season of The Witcher. Amazingly, Netflix obliged and Rory and Land were set to attend. While at the premiere, Rory even got to meet her hero! In an adorable TikTok video shared to @rorythefrenchie, viewers can see Rory’s face when she spots Cavill. After spotting him, she walks over to the actor and sniffs his proffered hand. Rory’s fans were overjoyed she got to experience meeting her hero. “Omg the look in her eyes when she sees him,” wrote one viewer.
