There is nothing that inspires us more than seeing people come to the aid of animals in need, which is why we can’t seem to get enough of this video from Animal Aid Unlimited. Animal Aid is a rescue organization based in India that has helped animals of all shape and size recover from the most horrific injuries and illnesses. When other animal rescuers turn away or consider the animal “too far gone,” Animal Aid’s team steps in and saves the day.
In this video, we see the rescue team come to the aid of a baby donkey who was attacked by an animal. Kind locals had covered the donkey with turmeric powder to help stop the bleeding, but this little one was in need of serious help. Thankfully, rescuers were able to take the donkey back to their vet facilities and bring her worried mom along for extra love and Support.
With the proper care and mom’s reassuring nuzzles, the donkey – which rescuers named Genevieve – made a full recovery! Now doesn’t that just make you smile!
