Catching a glimpse of a cute little chipmunk is a real treat, but for most of us the best we can hope for is a fleeting glance (squirrels are much more common). The woman in this video is lucky enough to have a chipmunk friend so trusting, he comes right up to her and eats out of her hand!

To be fair, this woman’s hand is chock-full of tasty almonds, and what chipmunk could resist that? They’re even shelled, so all this little guy has to do is much away and enjoy the treat.

Watch this cute rodent’s cheeks puff out as he feeds his face with one almond after another. You won’t believe how many nuts he can fit in there!  I guess he’s saving a bunch to take to his nest and snack on later, or maybe he’ll share them with his family. Otherwise, he’s in for a terrible tummy ache.
