With summer’s heat in full force, you sometimes have to get a little creative when it comes to keeping cool. Some people opt to spend their days eating popsicles or setting up shop in front of the air conditioner and not moving unless absolutely necessary. For the baby pig in this video, staying cool means staying out of the sun … at all costs.
Pigs have very sensitive skin and will cover themselves in mud to avoid getting sunburn. In the absence of a giant mud pit to roll around in, this piggy decides to take cover underneath his –conveniently – tall dog friend. Pigs are notoriously smart animals who have great problem-solving skills so we can’t say we’re surprised this piggy figured out such a brilliant plan to shield himself.
The dog might not be too pleased with the pig’s little plan, but he’ll just have to get used it!
