As animal lovers, it absolutely breaks our heart when we hear stories about dogs who were abandoned by their guardians. When we adopt dogs, we do so with the understanding that they depend on us for love and care for the duration of their lives. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Benji, the dog in this video, was tragically abandoned and left to fend for himself on the streets. Years of eating scraps and not having any sort of medical care had taken a serious toll on Benji, but all of this changed when he was rescued and brought to Vet Ranch Rescue.
After a lot of TLC and care, Benji is nearly unrecognizable! Not only did Vet Ranch Rescue help to restore Benji’s love for life, but they also helped him find a new, loving home.
