Earthling Ed Debuts New Book on Meat Industry

Vegan activist Ed Winters, more commonly known as Earthling Ed, is debuting his new book. This Is Vegan Propaganda: (And Other Lies the Meat Industry Tells You) is a book about the secrets of the meat industry; a cumulation of the research and information that Earthling Ed has learned during his many years as an activist.

The book will be published by Penguin Random House and is due to launch on January 6th, 2022.

Winters said, “The book breaks down how we got to where we are today, how we continue to justify what we do, and importantly. How as vegans we can break through those justifications. I wanted to write a book that would empower vegans, and that would ultimately make you feel more confident talking about veganism with the non-vegans in your life.”

The book was designed to be read by vegans and non-vegans alike. It can both further educate and encourage vegans, as well as help non-vegans change their lifestyle.

Winters explained, “I also wanted to write a book that is for non-vegans as well, both those who are already interested in veganism and those who are the most skeptical. This book is for everyone.”

The message behind the book’s title is supposed to take the words that the meat industry uses and turn them against them., revealing just who is spreading the real propaganda.
