Even though 2020 has thrown us curveballs, 2021 has finally arrived! This year the holiday season looked a bit different. Instead of traveling to see our loved ones, many of us sent our gifts traveling to their doorsteps. If you didn’t have the chance to send a gift for the holiday season, or are just looking for a gift to brighten up a loved one’s day, check this out.

How does one shop safely in these times of COVID? Enter the internet.

Take your gift list online where there are infinite shopping options — especially at those small businesses that need our help! — plus most offer free or fee-based holiday wrapping and direct shipping to your loved one’s doorstep.

What else can you find online? Subscription boxes!

It’s all the new rave and a fun one to boot. A slew of startups has opened their (online) doors to offer pre-packaged boxes of all sorts of goodies including sustainable cosmetics, clothes, home goods, food, and more. Some of these boxes can be one-time gifts, while others are subscriptions that you can receive at certain intervals throughout the year — weekly, monthly, quarterly, even annually.

The perfect gift for an earth-friendly loved one with a variety of tastes!
