In 2011, after escaping the farm where he would soon be slaughtered, Sebastian found a nice porch to rest underneath. Luckily for him, that porch ended up belonging to a member of the Farm Sanctuary! They contacted the sanctuary and they came out to get him that night. A few months later, Jane was found by a wildlife rehabilitator after storms flooded a town in New York. Jane was freeing cold, purple, and shivering, but the rehabilitator and Farm Sanctuary saved her life. For these two little survivors, it was love at first sight.
It’s been about nine years and these two are still in love. Despite his tough rep, Sebastian has a soft spot for Jane and loves snuggling with her. They do everything together from sleeping, walking, to eating. Even if they have a little tension, the two always make up. Both of these little pigs had such a strong will to live and we’re so glad that they were able to escape the terrible fate that awaited them. Sebastian and Jane make the sweetest pair and it’s obvious that their love for each other runs deep.
