A woman in Florida has allegedly left horses in severe pain and poor health due to shocking neglect. Authorities found horses Kash and Marshmallow, along with a pony named Candy, on her property—sickly, underweight, and clearly suffering. Despite promises to seek medical care, nothing changed. Their hooves, left untrimmed, caused pain and possible long-term damage.

Eventually, officials rescued the animals and charged her with animal cruelty. But that’s not enough. To truly protect animals from harm, she must be permanently banned from owning animals. Without this step, more lives could be at risk.
