Person Comes Up With Adorable Solution to Calm Service Dog During Class

When one college student in Houston, Texas, signed up to take a music class at her university, she did not realize the effect it would have on her service dog. The service dog, named Tia, became very scared after hearing the loud noise of the band. So, her person came up with a creative solution to protect Tia’s ears.

In a TikTok video posted to the account @auntie.tia, the German Shepherd can be seen standing in the middle of a room looking at the camera. The text overlay on the video reads, “When you’re a service dog taking a music class this semester”. The video then cuts to show Tia sporting a pair of red noise-canceling headphones over her ears. The headphones will protect the service dog’s sensitive ears during her human’s class. 

Viewers found the video adorable. Many commended the human’s commitment to making sure that Tia was comfortable during her class. Others simply found the service dog even more adorable with the headphones on. The video racked up over 360,000 likes on TikTok.
