Limping Rottweiler Puppy’s Amazing Transformation Inspires Thousands

A Rottweiler puppy named Gunther, once overlooked due to a limp, is now capturing hearts online with his incredible recovery. Leah Alisse, from Temecula, California, adopted Gunther after he was left unwanted by others. Concerned he might be put down, she gave him a loving home despite his condition.

Alisse shared Gunther’s story on TikTok, showing his journey from struggling to walk to thriving. With advice from a vet and some creativity, she used exercises her father-in-law had learned during physical therapy to help strengthen Gunther’s leg. Within days, the puppy was already improving, and by two weeks, his limp had almost disappeared.

Now two years old, Gunther runs and plays like any other dog, thanks to the care and dedication Alisse showed him. His story has since gone viral, with thousands of viewers praising her for giving him a second chance.
