    Notes

Tip #1: If you have the large flake nutritional yeast and you want it in a finer texture (like a Parmesan cheese consistency), you can grind it up in a coffee grinder. Tip #2: I store my extra bread crumbs in an air-tight glass container. Tip #3: You can adjust the seasonings to your preference…I like mine a little spicy so I use 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper instead of 1/4 teaspoon.

    1. Thank you for posting this! I\’m vegan and had to go mostly AIP/low histamine for health reasons last year. This is a recipe that actually fits in my diet!!! (well except the pepper, but that\’s easy to omit!) I\’m also going to add some Italian seasoning and use them to make vegan black bean, mushroom, and walnut meatballs to eat with spaghetti squash and roasted veggies! I\’m super, super excited because this will add some variety to my diet that has been hard to come by and sadly lacking. Plus, I love me some nutritional yeast! Thank you again!
