You may have already seen what fabulous dancers seals, dogs, emus, and birds of paradise can be, but did you ever think you would have the joy of witnessing … graceful dancing bats?
If not, prepare to be surprised as you feast your eyes on this one minute YouTube video of three bat brothers strutting their stuff! While the clip may appear to show the bats standing upright, it was actually filmed with them hanging upside down, as they normally would, and the footage was later flipped.
Nevertheless, the bat brothers put on a great show as they flap their wings, synchronize their steps, and move in harmony with a rhythm that perhaps only they, with their hyper-sensitive ears, can hear.
While bats aren’t normally regarded as the cutest animal species around, we bet you’ll have a serious “aww” moment while watching this clip. Enjoy!
