Like any other no-cook salsa, all this recipe requires is mixing of the ingredients. So the more fresher and sweeter the melon, the more tasty this salsa is going to be.
Watermelon Salsa [Vegan]
- 4 cups Watermelon - peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice Fresh
- 1 chile pepper
- 3 tablespoons Mint leaves Fresh - chopped (replace with basil leaves, if you want)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate 1 hour, but no more than 3 hours.
