Ingredients

 
  • 4 cups Watermelon - peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice Fresh
  • 1 chile pepper 
  • 3 tablespoons Mint leaves Fresh - chopped (replace with basil leaves, if you want)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate 1 hour, but no more than 3 hours.
