Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • A little olive oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together until smooth (use blender, food processor or nutri ninja)
  2. Add a little extra flour if the batter is too thin – it should be like cake batter
  3. Fry on each side for about 2 minutes in a little olive oil
  4. Top with favourite toppings and enjoy!
