Ingredients

  • 2.12 ounces puffed rice cakes, broken up into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4-1 cup boiling water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and begin mixing the ingredients together.
  3. Keep adding boiling water by the 1/4 cup until the texture looks piecey.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to let the moisture soak into the rice cakes.
  5. Serve with crackers.
