Ingredients You Need for Raw Jicama Chili Cheese Fries [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
How to Prepare Raw Jicama Chili Cheese Fries [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
To Make the Fries:
- Cut jicama into matchsticks; about 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Toss jicama with spices.
- Lay them out evenly on the dehydrator tray, and dehydrate at 115°F for 1 hour, or until the outsides start to wilt.
To Make the Cheese:
- Soak cashews for 15 minutes. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
To Make the Salsa:
- Either cut everything with a knife, dice the tomatoes and mince the herbs. Or, lightly blend it.
To Make the Raw Vegan Taco Meat:
- Roughly chop the carrots.
- Process all of the ingredients together in a food processor until desired texture.
Notes
- The Raw Taco Meat serves 6, so you'll have some left over!
